A lot of posts all over the place, but here’s the story for the next week (with what you should be doing):
- Friday, 1/21 – Assignment 0 is due. We’ll start talking about rotations and transforms.
- Monday 1/24 – Assignment 1 is due. We’ll talk about the results (what kinds of things go into animation papers, what topics we might look at in class). Please turn in Assignment 1 on Sunday night.
- Wednesday 1/26 – Reading 1 is due. We’ll talk more about rotations and transformations.
- Friday 1/28 – Reading 2 is due. We’ll talk about some computer animation history, systems issues, …
- Monday 1/31 – Part A of Assignment 2 is due (making a picture). We’ll either talk about the history of animation, animation principles, or human figure animation.
The week of 1/31-2/4 we’ll talk about the art of animation (animation principles) while you work on your animation assignments (part B of assignment 2).
