Visualizing Sequence Data at Scale

Drawing on work in perception and visualization, we are creating visualization tools targeting the analysis of large sequence datasets. We have apply our techniques across multiple domains, ranging from whole genome alignments of hundreds of genomes to word count data from both the Google N-Grams and copra of literary texts.
